What will the Dallas Cowboys do with marion barber next year?

I heard that the cowboys were seriously considering trading marion barber next year, this scares me being a die hard cowboys fan. this question is to the true football fan, not you pathetic people on here to get three points added to your total points!!! what do you think the cowboys will do? he is a restricted free agent next year, and they said ';that gives us some options with him.'; Please, the serious analysts only, thank you! Give me your in depth thoughts, i love hearing people's beliefs!!!What will the Dallas Cowboys do with marion barber next year?
They wont trade him unless they can get a high first round pick and draft someone like Darren McFadden from Arkansas. Unless its for a top 3 pick, he's not going anywhere next year.

I would not be surprised to see the Cowboys try and move Julius Jones though. He has value and if the Cowboys can keep him involved in the game plan, he should get some nice bidders.

Either way, I think this is probably the last season we see both Barber and Jones in the backfield together. What will the Dallas Cowboys do with marion barber next year?
The obvious question is: What would they do without him?

I think that Jones will Pay him and keep him. Ears to the ground folks this contract will be a big one!!
he is staying right where he is
The Cowboys will probably keep Marion Barber and let Julius Jones go because he will become a free agent and he will try to go to a team in need of a back like Green Bay
I'm not a Cowboy fan but neither am I a fool. Jerry better off trading Jones and keeping Barber. I'm shock Jerry didn't trade Jones to the Bucs when they lost Cadillac Williams and get a draft pick or two. Bottomline Barber is a fast bruiser who's deadly in the Red Zone. Run and receiving threat.
THEY BETTER NOT TRADE HIM! He's just as much of a part of this winning Cowboys team as Romo and TO and Witten and Jones are. I say keep him if you want to keep winning!
No doubt Barber will be a Cowboys next year. Ask yourself this, would the Yankees have traded Mariano Rivera in his prime? Not a chance. MBIII is the best closer in football. He will be a Cowboy for a very long time. JJ on the other hand, I believe he will be a Titan with Henry being suspended and all. I do think with Clevelands draft pick will will address a RB if McFadden is on the board. If you want Cowboys chat for free go to the: theranchreport.com. It is easy to register and you can chat with all Cowboy fans. It can be tough for a Rookie but give it a shot. You can find me as Newbie4Newman. If a team is willing to sign Barber they will probably have to forfeit a couple draft picks.
He will be in a Giants iniform next year, Bet it
I've followed the Boys for quite a few years and I would never try and guess what Jerry Jones will do next week let alone next season...

Realistically though, Barber has to stay. I think there must be some loyalty to Julius in the franchise somewhere, because whilst he has been productive, you have to think that he isn't the marvel that he was touted to be a couple of seasons ago. In fact, the rest of the offence is getting the job done and taking the focus and pressure off him.

They aren't a bad duo in the backfield, but if push came to shove, I think that MB3 would be worth more to Jerry.
i hate the cowboys because im a steeler fan and we own you like everytime we play you but i like marion barber i think he is much better then julius jones if i was dallas i would trade julius see what i could get for him maybe a position player i need or a draft pick
We WILL sign him. Jerry loves him and hes a fan favorite.
I thought they were thinking of trading Jones Not Barber.

it will be a silly move to trade him. most NFL teams will try to sign him.

he just need to take it easy on defenders though.
If that happens i would never forgive Jerry Jones, why trade one of the best backs in the league. For you nay sayers, Barber is one of the best when given the chance and statistically the best in the 4th quarter. I know this is JJ's last season in his contract, i thought they would let him go and let Barber take full control next season.
